I have a later model Lexus RX350 and went for a oil change at a place I will not mention because they were closer to my house. Two days later I noticed I did not have any heat so after speaking with my mother who brings her car to Lacey Auto all the time she said have Drew check it out. I called and was told to bring it in. The mechanic Bill who I say is awesome person, drove my vehicle into the garage and there was a large puddle of oil and coolant leaking from my vehicle I was already 2 1/2 quarts low when I just got an oil change 2 days prior. I could’ve almost blew up my engine. But thanks to Lacey auto care they took care of my problems swiftly professionally and completely. I will recommend them to everyone I talk to because it’s worth going a little out of your way to get the best service in the world.
